Refund Policy

At BeyondVoyage, every itinerary and consultation we create is fully customized and crafted with care to reflect each traveler’s unique goals, interests, and comfort level. Because the planning process begins immediately after booking, all payments are considered final once the 24-hour review period has passed.
We offer a 24-hour grace period after booking or payment for clients to cancel and request a full refund, provided no substantial work has been completed on their itinerary. After this 24-hour period, all fees are non-refundable, regardless of later cancellations, travel delays, or changes in personal circumstances.
Once planning begins, our time and expertise are devoted to designing your experience, including research, communication, and itinerary development. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued after the grace period for any reason, including but not limited to illness, changes of mind, personal emergencies, or travel disruptions.
If weather events, natural disasters, or other emergencies make your planned travel dates impossible, BeyondVoyage may, at its sole discretion, offer to adjust or reschedule your itinerary to new dates. Such changes are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.
BeyondVoyage is not responsible for any losses, cancellations, or additional expenses related to third-party bookings, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, or transportation. All third-party bookings are subject to the individual terms and refund policies of those providers. We do not control or manage these businesses and cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
In the unlikely event that BeyondVoyage must cancel or postpone a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
By submitting payment or confirming your itinerary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
